When is the best time to start learning swimming?

Kids may learn swimming as early as 18 months old. This is well accepted in western countries such as USA and Europe. For most Asians, we are more comfortable for our children to start learning swimming from the age of 3.

What are the qualifications of your swim instructors?

All our coaches are trained and certified by Swimming Teachers Association (STA) and ActiveSG(formerly known as Singapore Sports Council)

Does your school conduct Swim Safer Course(ActiveSG) or Singapore Swimming Proficiency Award (Singapore Swimming Association)

Yes, we provide training for Swim Safer Course: Swim Safer 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6; and various proficiency awards. Check out our lessons details here.

Will lesson proceed when it rains

Our students' safety is our highest priority. Our instructors will make decision based on: To proceed - Slight rain (no thunder) / To cancel - Heavy rain with thunder and lightning. All public pools will be closed when the Lightning Warning Signal is on.

What is the maximum number of students in your class?

The maximum number of students for both Group and Private lessons is 10. Find out more about our Group and Private classes here.

What happen when students are late?

Lesson will proceed and end at stipulated time. There will not be any extension of time.

Is there a makeup lesson when the lesson is cancelled or when it falls on a public holiday?

Make up lessons will only be arranged for Private lessons, not for Group lessons when it is cancelled or falls on a public holiday.

For private lesson that is conducted for at least 30 mins* before the cancellation due to rain, no make up will be arranged. *Includes time spent on Land drill.

Is there a refund policy?

Refund is subjected to the terms and conditions. It must be done before the 7th day from the date of payment. No refund would be entertained after.
